I am about 50 pounds over weight. I am only eating 600 calories a day. I am also doing 100 laps in my pool. My pool is a 18 x 4ft pool so its a good size but not huge. How much weight would i lose a week doing this?
I am also only eating 44grams of sugar. And barley any carbs.
Please give me an number, instead of saying alot or a little.
Thank You =]

600 calories a day will STOP you from losing weight

Its impossible to give you an exact answer. I am actually afraid you are going to lose to much weight. It is not healthy to lose more than 2 lbs a week.
Remember the exercise is going to grow muscle, and it is proven that muscle weighs more than fat. But muscle takes less space than fat. So if the scale doesn't move as quickly as you would like just remember you are replacing fat with muscle. A better way to judge in the beginning is how your clothes fit.
It sounds awfully grueling to lose weight they way you are doing it. Remember no diet or exercise program will work if you can't stick with it.
Good luck, and be careful.

body needs 50cal/hour just for basic functioning (like when you are in coma - will be of you dont start eating more) and thats 1200cal/day.
if you eat less than that your body stores all you eat in fat reserves and uses muscle for energy so basically what you are doing is gaining fat and losing valuable muscle which means slowing down your metabolism dramatically.
to get permanent results you have to make permanent changes in your lifestyle (diet and exercise)
find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat), light weight training (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

You are pretty much starving yourself with only 600 Calories i bet. You need at least 1200 if not more otherwise you are under eating which in turn will make you gain all your weight back when you start eating again.

you're going to end up fainting if you continue with that...

I would say that you would lose 12-15 pounds in a week.
