There really isn't such a thing presently on the market. Most of the pills available today have little, or no result at all and are not tested by the FDA for effectiveness. There will be the first ever over the counter diet pill sanctioned by the FDA available soon. I'm not sure I remember the name of it, but keep your eyes peeled and you'll see it soon. The best way to burn fat is still diet and excercise.

The only way to lose weight and keep it off is to eat fewer calories than your body burns on a long term basis.

There are medicines (amphetamines, other psychostimulants) that tend to make you less hungry, making it likely that you will eat fewer calories. There are medicines (Orlistat/Xenical/alli) that prevent your body from digesting some of the fat in the foods you eat, which reduces the number of calories your body acquires from the food. I believe there are also some medicines that increase the rate at which your body burns calories when it is resting although I'm not completely sure of this.

All of these medicines tend to have dangerous or unpleasant side effects. Amphetamines and most other stimulants that are effective for weight loss require a prescription, and doctors are very unlikely to prescribe these medicines for this purpose. Orlistat/Xenical/alli are readily available from a doctor or over the counter, but unless you eat a very low fat diet, they can cause extremely embarrassing side effects involving frequent changes of clothes and underwear. And, if you are already eating a low fat diet, you presumably do not really need the medicine in the first place.

I havent found an actual fat burning pill that works but I use to use Phentramine and the off brand name is Phenterine. Its an appetite Suppressant. Just make sure if you go this route you still eat and skip pills here and there so you are still eating enough to stay healthy. And dont stay on them very long. These type of pills, just like any other ones, are not good for long time use.

Yes !
If you sell enough of them and get rich on other peoples misery.
Then you can pay a full time trainer to make you exercise, a dietitian to make you eat healthy well balanced meals and a plastic surgeon to shave off any extra.
(that was sarcasm)
Go to MyPyramid.gov for a real diet that works.
