i know i'm way over weight i'm 5"11 200 pounts, next week i'm going to start lifting weight and doing some cardio, but i also know that i need some protein and energy, i was wondering which is the best protein i can take and energy pills

the best thing is taking multivitamin with your breakfast plus B-complex vitamin and whey protein shake wright after working out.
also eating every 2-3 hour will keep your blood sugar stable and you will have more energy and not feel hungry.
lots of water.
to make workouts more productive you can drink a cup of coffee wright before - its scientifically proven to help burn more calories during and after working out.

To reduce fat - do lots of high intensity cardio
To build muscle - do 3 lots of 5 reps of a weight you can only just lift 5 times

just exercise and look threw your pantry at all the bad foods and drinks. take away all of that and maybe try to stop drinking soda or stop eating candy, and junky foods if you do.
thats the key and just look at the calories and sugar and you are good to go!

sensible diet. cut calories. start session with cardio then do weights on LOW weight HIGH rep then as you progress start to increase weight

go eat baked chicken breasts with nothing on them and eat egg whites those have a ton of protein in them as for energy drink black tea it has a lot of caffeine in it and its healthy
