Sometimes it just takes time. Keep calling and let them know you are interested.

Good luck!

I'd call once again and politely ask the status of the position. Assuming they're interviewing others, they may still be interviewing and that's why you haven't heard of a decision. But don't pin all your hopes on the job - keep looking until you have an offer to accept.
Good luck!

I would call again and don't leave a message. Keep on calling until you reach the person you would like to speak to. I would phrase it as wanting to "learn the decision of the interview." You want to seem grateful but not pushy. Tell them that you wanted to call to thanks them for the opportunity and see if they needed any other information from you as they made their decisions.

call them back. they owe you some sort of response after a 2nd interview.

You should have ask during the interview what the selection process was and how long you should expect to wait for a final decision.

Your employer should be responsible enough to return your phone calls, the best thing to do now is wait a little more... if you still don't hear from them then they're not worth your time
