try office supply stores lst.. then Target & Walmart... Big Lots... dollar stores... $1.00 bins at Target...

dependin on what u'r budget is... u can find inexpensive to mid expensive but watch for sales... esp as u get closer to school openings.

Our Walmart has good prices and they now have a list from each school for what is required. Each grade is listed so you are buying what is needed, not just what is wanted by the kids.

dollar store, or even CVS has good prices and sales, check the sunday paper and see who has the best sales of which week...
