hhmm right now I don't have insurance either and seeing a doc costs an arm and a leg, my mom's a nurse and I asked *like right now* and she told me it is a possibilty that your moles are cancerous and mostly since you weren't born with them. I suggest to search for more answers on the internet BUT please do me a favor AND go see a doctor as soon as possible, your situation might be life-threatning and no one deserves to die unless it is gods will. May god bless you and bring you health and stregnth to overcome your obstacle.

It seems like I make annual visits to the doctor to have those darn things removed. It seems like everytime I have one removed, 2 more appear. They have always been tested for cancer, but always came out fine. Some signs I was told to look for, if they are squishy and not flat. If they grow or change shape, if they are sore, or redness around them.
I am not telling you to skip the doctor. I still think you should get there as soon as possible. Maybe you can work out some kind of payment plan with a doctor. Or check you area for clinics that might be less expensive.
Good luck!

Keep an eye on any changes that they make. Take pictures of them every couple of months so that you can remember (and jot down on the back of the pic the size of the moles). If the borders are irregular, there is any type of puss/blood, or they are growing then you should get to the doctor even though you don't have insurance.

I would get them removed and then you won't ever have to worry about them again. I would get on a payment plan and pay as much as you can. Usually this isn't a problem in the medical field. Many bills go totally unpaid. I'm sure if you ask they would be happy to work with you. The cost of the moles isn't worth the cost of your life!

Hmm. Darker isn't really a problem, if you've been getting sun.
Watch for change in shape, puffyness (If it was next to your skin, is it raised now?), glossy surface, changes in the texture of it (is it dry? has it ever cracked,or bled?)
Skin cancer is the sort of thing that needs to be caught quickly. Keep an eye on them, and if you notice any other sort of change, I'd go to a doctor. I understand your situation.. I can't afford one either. Have you looked into medicare or medicaid? Just keep in mind that it isn't worth your life.

If you think that the moles are cancerous you should get it checked out by a medical proffesional. If you start to see any red dots you should immediatley see a doctor and you might have to get your mole cut off or removed! Good Luck!

A change in the color of a mole *may* be a sign but it most likely isn't anything at all. Moles are benign tumors, everybody has one or two somewhere, I imagine. You're fine.

Be sure to wear a sunscreen everyday that protects against UV and UVB rays. Save up and see a dermatologist. It is good to do this periodically throughout our life.
