It states that Adultery, Fornication, Sex before marriage are all sins, not to mention Lust....
Now God 'fornicated' with the 'virgin' mary against her will, he is neither married to her, and Mary was happy with Joseph. Does that not mean that God is infact not only a sinner, but a rapist to boot?

Rape is encouraged throughout the Old Testament. The Christian god has no problem with it. Filthy and vile if you ask me.
And Moses said unto them, Have ye saved all the women alive? ... Now therefore kill every male among the little ones, and kill every woman that hath known man by lying with him. But all the women children, that have not known a man by lying with him, keep alive for yourselves. -- Numbers 31:15-18

God did not physical have sex with Mary. Both rape and fornication involve a physical act. The Holy Spirit "came upon" Mary. She didn't become angry or call "foul" but felt blessed.
And no, God is not a sinner. God acting as God is not sinful.
And yes, I realize that you aren't looking for a serious response to this question.

Jehovah God did not fornicate with Mary by any means. God implanted his son Jesus Christ in her so that she could give birth to Jesus. This fertilization was performed by holy spirit. Fornication is SEX outside of marriage. No intercourse or was involved or needed. God is not a sinner. Also, this was not performed against Mary's will because Mary said to God,"Look! Jehovah's slave girl! May it take place according to your declaration" (Luke 1:31-32,34-38).

NO NO NO NO - God did not have sex with Mary- or she would not have been a virgin when Jesus was born, and besides- it was am immaculate conception- it was a miracle performed by The Holy Spirit. She remained a virgin, if she had been raped as you say, she would not be a virgin. She did not have sexual relations through out her whole pregnancy with Jesus, so there would be no doubt it was a miracle. Don't just read the Bible, study it - this story is not hard to understand. Children get it.

God never "fornicated" with Mary. So he is not a rapist or a sinner.
If you are going to ask a question do your research first. It just makes you seem dumb.

Where are you getting your information? God didn't fornicate with Mary. He sent Jesus to be born of her but he didn't 'fornicate' with her.

If God had impregnated Mary via intercourse, perhaps. But God just used God magic to "implant his seed".

Mary gave her consent.
Luke 1:26And in the sixth month the angel Gabriel was sent from God unto a city of Galilee, named Nazareth,
27To a virgin espoused to a man whose name was Joseph, of the house of David; and the virgin's name was Mary.
28And the angel came in unto her, and said, Hail, thou that art highly favoured, the Lord is with thee: blessed art thou among women.
29And when she saw him, she was troubled at his saying, and cast in her mind what manner of salutation this should be.
30And the angel said unto her, Fear not, Mary: for thou hast found favour with God.
31And, behold, thou shalt conceive in thy womb, and bring forth a son, and shalt call his name JESUS.
32He shall be great, and shall be called the Son of the Highest: and the Lord God shall give unto him the throne of his father David:
33And he shall reign over the house of Jacob for ever; and of his kingdom there shall be no end.
34Then said Mary unto the angel, How shall this be, seeing I know not a man?
35And the angel answered and said unto her, The Holy Ghost shall come upon thee, and the power of the Highest shall overshadow thee: therefore also that holy thing which shall be born of thee shall be called the Son of God.
36And, behold, thy cousin Elisabeth, she hath also conceived a son in her old age: and this is the sixth month with her, who was called barren.
37For with God nothing shall be impossible.
38And Mary said, Behold the handmaid of the Lord; be it unto me according to thy word. And the angel departed from her.

God didn't have sex with someone who was unwilling. He told Mary the prospect of her being the mother of God incarnate, she agreed, and then she's somehow pregnant with no fertilization at all.
She wasn't unwilling, and God didn't have sex.
Next....
