No, its not. While the turkey is a great beginning, the amount of fat in the cheese is too high for the normal diet. The number of carbs in the roll is too high also.
If you want the same thing but better for you simply take off the top of the sandwich and make it an open faced sandwich. Take out the cheese or cut the amount in half.

It depends on if you're on some diet, like the low-carb one. Then not so much because of the bulky roll. But toss in some lettuce and tomato and you've got the 4 food groups right there! I think it sounds perfectly healthy.

Why do you need the cheese with turkey? Try turkey with lots of salad on the roll it really is good. My favourite sandwich. I'm sure the lemonade is fine.

If you are trying to lose weight, instead of the roll, try lite bread or lite Pitas(Weight Watchers is an example). Forget the cheese and add veggies(lettuce, tomatoe, cucumber, celery etc.) Make the lemonade sugar free and you are eating well.

I would consider it not only healthy but delicious. Add some lettuce and tomato and I'll take half! If your lunch is well balanced, it's healthy despite what everyone says about bread, it is a carbohydrate and can be enjoyed as everything else is, in moderation.
