I am not on drugs everyone... between a full time job, playing hockey (both roller and ice), training for my fight in november, and having a girlfriend.. those 24 hours gets divided up extremely fast...on top of the insomnia when i do lay down I just can't win... the only way I have gotten to sleep is either good old nyquil or the girlfriend playing with my hair.... I dunno what to do, or if I can even sleep tonight either, 11 hours over 6 days and I am wired at work and will be up till 3 then up again at 5 to go to work again.....

It depends why of course. How long have you been like this?
But definitely doesn't help with good mental health if you don't get enough sleep. However I have seen a documentary about this fellow who only slept properly for 5 minutes each night-but lying down for two hours I seem to remember. He was wired to an encephalograph to show his sleep patterns-and this proved it.

Dangerous, especially if you are driving a motor vehicle. Research has shown that the human body will make up the sleep it has lost at sometime or another. Adults need about 7 hours a night.

You should get off the computer and go to sleep. Seriously. Get some sleep. Your body needs it to heal.

I missed a lot of sleep this week, too.... I can honestly say I am a bit dazed, but I wouldn't worry about it being too dangerous.

Yes. Sleep deprived people can start hallucinating. It's terrible for your brain and body not to get enough sleep!!!

It's dangerous for your body. Get some sleep so you can think and function clearly.

Your thinking will probably get a little fuzzy pretty soon if not already. Try to get some sleep.
