Looking for info on.......?

need information on a pinting i recently purchased. It is by an artist named Roman Fraces. or perhaps a derivative of this. It is of a impressionist style. So far i have not been able to track down any ifo on the artist. any help would be much appreciated.

I typed "Artist - Roman Fraces" into Google and it came up with Artist Roman Frances. Is this the guy, do you think?
