I dreamed my dad was bleeding from his stomach. it was bleeding from the inside out.?

he had me call two specialist. everyone was frantic. all i kept saying was "he's dead." what could this mean.

In real life my dad is sick and will not go to the doctor to get checked out. he thinks he is dying and has made all the arrangement for his death including his plot, funeral and cascet, and will.

To tell the truth I sometimes get hurt in my dreams and one time I had a dream of my brother getting shot because these kids were running away from someone and when my brother got shot, he got straight back up and starting running more which was a weird dream. Nobody can die in there dreams its weird. You can get shot so much in a dream and you can still be alive.
