Where can a tall guy go to meet tall women? I really like women that are at least 5'8" and up. Is there like a social club for basketball players or something?

I was watching this TV show the other day and it was about tall people and finding other tall people to socialize and date with. It was called Tall Clubs International. TCI's stated purpose is "to promote tall awareness among tall men and women, and in the community. Its not such a dumb question, there are actually tall singles clubs out there exactly for people like you. Look around.
You should actually have an easier time finding tall women than tall women do finding tall men. Most women of any height prefer tall men but not every man likes tall women.
Personally I don't care if a woman is taller or shorter than me but I do respect other people's preferences and there are solutions out there.

There actually are tall people social clubs especially if you live in a big city. Google the subject and your town/state. also if you use a dating site you can choose a women based on the body type you prefer and I am sure that tall would be an option.

well i'm a tall gal, 5'10'' and I have to say that there isn't a specific place that I go to hang out with out tall girls. Sometimes I wish I did though. I think that your best bet is to go to a place where there are alot of people already and just peer over the crowd for a tall girl and go for it. Stay away from the college womens basketball teams cause they will be either lesbians or focused on their education, and you'll look like you are just shopping around for a quicke.

Models are tall too not just basketball players. Go places where all girls hang out and one of them will be tall enough for you. Or you could get you b-ball game together and be a basketball star and she will find you.

well I dont think its dumb at all. There has to be a place where there is more tall women than at other places. I say go to basketball games. If you want to really meet tall girls WNBA games is the place to go meet them.

You can try advertising in the local newspaper and post
ads on the super market boards.

Sorry dude, as far as I know it's random. I don't know of any organizations or 'clubs' that cater specifically to tall chicks.
Although you could hang out in the "tall" section of women's clothing in Department stores...
