Losing a pound a day is not hard if you have a high metabolism. However, switch to a mostly raw fruit and vegetable diet and you will see the pounds fly off! This MEANS, very little meat, no dairy. Preferably fish. You must eat lower than the recommended caloric intake, which is about 2000 calories per day (average).

Eat to stave off hunger, little meals maybe 5 times a day. Never eat till full. Occupy tour mind with other things if nibbling is a problem (for most people it is). wqtching tv all the time is not good for losing weight.

Of course, as always, excercise!! sweat!!

I don't know that losing 30lbs in a month and a half is possible for anyone. That's a lot of weight. The best way to lose a lot of weight fast is to run a lot, drink lots of water, and eat between 1000-1200 calories a day. You need to eat at least 1000 calories a day or your body will starve itself and begin to eat your muscle, much like it does when you are anorexic. Eat protein to keep your body revved up and make sure you take vitamins so that your body doesn't become deficient in anything. Good luck

you come into a health forum and ask how to be UNHEALTHY? does anyone else see the problem here?
Listen up little twit, if you lost that much weight in that amount of time, it would likely kill you....DEATH, got that? A bmi of 24 is perfectly normal so grow up and stop trying to be anorexic, and definitely stop asking health conscious people how to be unhealthy, I don't know about anyone else but it insults hell out of me.

yeah bad idea. crash dieting would get you there but please don't. make lifestyle habits that are healthy and you can maintain for a lifetime. exercise is important too not just calories.

also when you go back to normal you'll put it all back on - when you starve yourself your body slows everything down to preserve energy - you could stunt growth. anyway when you go back to normal your body will play catchup.

be healthy and do lots of exercise - join a sports team!

it is extremely unhealthy but if you must.... wear a lot of clothes and run a lot. you'll sweat a lot more. drink water in the mornings before eating anything, kinda gross but it cleans you out. be careful with all of that water though.. it can shut down your body.

you would have to take pills
but then again you would have to be okay with getting sick.
basically, only thing you can have is crackers and water.
Once a day.
