i have got a shoebox but would appreciate everyones perspective because i need the money and has any one sold their cat on ebay and what was the experience like?

I hope you were just bored when you posted this question. But if you are serious, the answer is no, you cant sell an animal through ebay.

welll personally i think it would be sick to do that. Get a job if u need the money, or sell the poor cat from home. the cat could very well die on the trip somewhere else. i dont even think it is allowed, but whyask other people? you cant even say the words in your head and not think that it is wrong. what did the poor cat do to you? send you off to a strange place ina shoebox? seriously it is quite cruel.i reccomond if you are going to sell the cat, do it from home, or advertise it in a newspaper.

sell some books that you have already read to a used book store, sell some clothes that you don't wear anymore but are still fashionable to a second-hand store.... be creative with materials for the cat. Use regular bowls for feeding instead of buying them special bowls, use household items as toys (like wadded up paper and pen caps), and you can buy inexpensive food and cat litter. cheap litter pans are only like 4 dollars. cats don't need lots of "stuff" they just need lots of love! any life you can give the kitty where he/she will have lots of love is better than being euthenized. good luck!

You have got to be kidding. Save the cat. Sell yourself. Cut out a kidney. You can probably sell that on EBay.

um, are you crazy? do not sell a cat on ebay. it is against the ebay rules. put posters up around town or something- just don't do that! ask friends or family for help, or get a job. selling your cat should be your last resort!

What a sicko, why would you sell on ebay, you never noe if the owner is bad or not, that is so messed up, just put up flyers and stuff, and then you will get to meet the owner.

Unless you have an exotic breed most people wouldn't buy it anyway. If you dont want your cat, put a sign up at a petstore or take it into the shelter and be responsible.

dont sell the poor kitty on ebay!!! put up posters for at at a vets office or anywhere, dont sell it on a dumb website!
