In parts of America, it's probably even more common. Especially in trailerparks.

It's only as common in Turkey as it is in any other country. I work closely with a Turk...He is actually on vacation in his homeland as we speak. Turkey's culture is ancient, but at the same time, it is extremely modern and cosmopolitan. They wouldn't marry a cousin just like you wouldn't...
Odd to me how weird rumors like this get started.

ummm well yeh some like cousins relatives but ot all those are usually the ones a long time ago
