Eating a healthy diet with regular exercise will help you lose weight. Make sure to drink plenty of water. Try walking/jogging/running for 30-60 minutes, 4-5 times a week. Do situps and crunches. Swimming will also help.

Start with cardio, preferrably an hour 5 days a week, but do crunches for the midsection and squats with a medicine ball and alternate those each day!
