Venti, upside-down, nonfat, 140 degree, caramel machiatto.
yup complicated... here's why.
The syrup is always on the bottom, which sucks... So, if they make it upside-down (which is just fancy for reverse the order you add the ingredients) it's not as bad.
They are always too damn hot! I always burn my mouth. I buy coffee to help wake me up and I don't want to have to wait to drink it! So, 140 degrees is perfect for me to start drinking it right away!

I just like a simple hot latte with a little vanilla sugar. You're right that the fraps are darn tasty, but I'm trying to lose weight so I can't have them :'-( but a latte with skim milk is very satisfying and makes me feel all warm and fuzzy without calorie guilt.
