She probably feels insecure or anxious about what you do during the day. Maybe she is scared you will leave here for someone else. During dinner, casually go through your day. What you did, where you went, etc. Maybe it will relieve some of the anxiety she has when you let her know there is no one else but her.

Well to me it is a dream that she used to have and it could be that she will be having doubt on you because, many women used to have this kind of doubt towards themselves to their husband although you know you are not cheating towards him and it is better for you to introduce the womens that you are going out and from there she will get to know who is the women you are going out and which women used to call you to your mobile or to the phone.
