dyablo61987, are you out of your mind? Not passing the bill was the smartest thing the government has done in a long time! Did you bother to read any of the bill? Amnesty, illegals could become legal in 24 hours without the background check coming back yet, they didn't have to learn English for 9 years, they didn't have to pay back taxes but were eligible for unearned income tax credit, our tax money was going to pay to educate them in Mexico so they would stay there. We already give them free money and health care and we don't even educate our our citizens for free. What more do want. Get a clue!

No- i am glad to know that as an American citizen that has been legally employed since I was 16 that I don't have to worry about my social security benefits being distributed to 12 million criminal trespassers.

If you don't worry about illegal immigration and it's effect on this country for you- you had better start to worry about it for your childrens future.

Thank God- Americans did the job that no illegal could do- the bill is dead.

Um, no. I find it hilarious that they called it an "amnesty" bill considering amnesty is what's given to criminals to pardon their offenses...which is basically admitting that they are illegals.
