That's probably scabies. Don't scratch it. Go to the doctor immediately and he will give you a prescription.

I've never heard of eczema oozing out anything. You'll find eczema on your torso, behind your knees...warm areas that tend to get a little sweaty.
I don't think you have it. But if you do, vasaline would clear it up in a few days. If it's really bad, you may need a prescription.
Is it itchy?

my son has eczema and he gets it in patches on his leg. They are usually very itchy and feel kind of scaly or like sandpaper. But they never ooze. I would check it out with a dermatologist. What has worked best for my son is Aveeno Baby with natural colloidal oatmeal. It says on the bottle that it relives dry skin even eczema. and when i use it on him it takes it away very very quickly. it really good stuff. I would recommend that to anyone with kids or teenagers. And yes eczema can be related with allergies my son has them too. But it is not curable. Sorry. i hope this helps. oh and don't itch it makes it worse!!

If it is eczema, you don't get rid of it, there is no cure for eczema. You need to see a dermatologist to know for sure what the problem is.

you can't get rid of eczema with baby oil... You can soak your hands in aveno to soothe the itching and take vitamin A to try and avoid outbreaks but you should see a dermatoligist if it persists. Also don't wear rings or bracelets- You may be allergic to them...

I have eczema. Go see your doctor! They can diagnose your itchy bumps. Or you can get a nice hand lotion. One that contains more oil then water. See if that starts to clear it up. Then it is probably eczema. That is what gets rid of mine.
