Can anyone offer some insight? (Chinese is my first language, and I am also fluent in English. In the past I have tried to learn French but found it very difficult).
Any help will be appreciated. Thanks!

I'd say Korean is more difficult.

For most English speakers, Russian would be a little easier to learn than Korean. This is because Russian, like English, is an Indo-European language and its grammar and syntax are not as dissimilar to that of English as Korean grammar and syntax.

Korean is closer related to the Uralic group of languages which include Finnish and Hungarian. However, Korean also has a lot of Chinese influences which would make it more difficult to learn still for anyone speaking an Indo-European language.

Russian uses the English to spell words but Korean uses a different text and is very hard to learn.
