Its really not too hard to do, but GET THIS, the EPA wont let you! The same folks who say it is better cleaner and demand 10% say that you can't just convert and run! In rules they say you have to prove it is cleaner by each CAR!

Just for information.

E-85 compatable cars can run on gasoline or E-85 or any combination of the two. The computer reads the sensors and adjusts the engine and it's tune-up to run on the fuel that is in the tank. I do not think that Toyota has a computer available that you can adapt to your car that will adjust to the fuel mixture.
E-85 is 85% ethanol and 15% gasoline. The 15% gasoline is to help it get started when cold because ethanol does not like to fire off when cold. Ethanol is also very corrosive so you will need fuel lines and fuel pumps that can stand the acidic nature of ethanol. You will also get much worse fuel economy so you will want a larger fuel tank(s).
I am not a fan of E-85 as it is still burning a fuel thereby creating co2. There is not enough acreage in the USA to grow enough corn to fuel the fleet of cars on the road now much less in the future. The price of milk is more than gasoline now because, for some reason, cows that are not fed enough corn do not produce as much milk. Corn being turned into ethanol has caused a greater demand and a greater cost which is passed on to the consumer. And the demand for ethanol has just begun. Is fuel for your car more important than milk for your children ?
I like electric vehicles instead of Internal Combustion Engine (ICE) driven vehicles. Solar and/or wind power can make electicity and not pollute at all. Hydro electric is better than coal fed power plants. There are many aternate solutions, we just need to use them.
I have given you reasons not to go E-85 and an alternate solution. Will you use it? Convert your car to electric instead of E-85.

I think I'd ask my usual mechanic, or maybe my local Toyota dealership. If nothing else, it'll wake them up to a whole new industry!
I suspect it'll mean replacing rubber tubing and fuel line parts with plastic, and increasing the orofice diameter of your carb jets, or in your case, reprogramming the injector computer.

You could retune the engine to run E85 only, but your car would not be able to run on any random blend of E85 and gas.
Really, if you want to run alternative fuels, sell this car and get an alternative-fuel friendly car. I recommend a diesel, because biodiesel is a much more ecologically viable fuel than E85. http://www.mda.state.mn.us/renewable/renewablefuels/balance.htm

Well there are things you can do to help reduce the amount of harm you are causing the enviroment, you can do this by offsetting your carbon on websites such as; www.co2debt.com . On these sites you are able to prevent climate change by funding ethical reforestation projects. I personally found that www.co2debt.com was the best site for this because of their strong relationships with other non-profit organizations. This site also shows you how to specifically offset your vehicles
