In the school year 2022-2023, the projected cost for a public in-state university is $153,894 for all 4 years, $247,480 for a public out-of state university, and $313,311 for a private university.

The project increase is 4% a year. So in 20 years, it will be like an 80% increase or more.

If the cost is 35,000$/year today, in 20 years, it will be like $63,000 a year in 2027.
