I would choose the potato and salad because the potato satisfied the carb craving and the salad provides the crunchies. Besides you won't be full for dinner that way

It doesn't really matter what I would I have because you're the one that will be eating it. It must be really difficult for you to make up your mind if you can't even decide between two things what you want to eat for lunch without having to consult absolute strangers. But I would skip the potato and just have a nice salad, and cut up the chicken and put it in the salad, you gotta watch those carbs, it's summertime, don't you wanna look cute on the beach ;)

neither...boil you up a Ramen Noodle and mix a little bit of Louisiana Hot Sauce & "MELTABLE" cheese---cheddar is the best...perfect sleeping remedy. It'll fill you up and it helps put you to sleep...and..best of all...it tastes great.
Gotta LOVE those Ramen's
