after The Apostles died, The roman Pontiff took over all the church's that were the true church's of God between the greedy pope wanting to run the known world, he merged with the anti-Christ emperor Constantine who wanted to run the known world by himself also.. and the emperor gave the Church's vast lands, money and power..
The true church would not have to pay taxes, because all the money would go back to the people... as they needed it.
however the Church's are so busy stealing money they are exempt from the government.. So they do the government favors by staying out of government and society business..
They sell God out by allowing their people to work in the world by the words ( professional ethics ) which means you do not put your values, morals, religion before your job.. [ actually there are no ethics in the word, anything goes ] example a counselor is christian they by that word tell the children they can have any kind of sex, anytime as long as they do not break government laws ... So in the word P.E. a christian can solicit gross sex, go against parents, and kill their offspring and there parents do not have to know.
the church then allows them back in under the name Jesus Christ..
If any church is really in God they will pay taxes, because if they are not stealing it it would go back to the people anyway and be no taxes
O' modern day church's who did Jesus say to give tribute to????????? MMMMMMMMMMMMMMM ministers read Psa. 110:1-7 thank u

Because the great and power god needs cash! Give the great ans powerful god your cash now.
Hand it to the man behind the curtain, he will ensure it is spent how the great and powerful god wants it spent. Do not ask how it was spent and do not ask why the man behind the curtain has such a nice new car and so big a house. The great and powerful god commands you.
Edit:
Oh, and the great and powerful god says you need to learn to proof read your questions before you submit them. He suggests you use the Check Spelling option, or get the Firefox browser that will underscore misspelled words. Praise be to the wisdom of the great and powerful god.

American Christianity is an Industry. However I find this to be true, on a smaller scale, for the British and European churches too.
Don't let anyone tell you otherwise. Religion is a business.

Many things in the US are all about money, including some religions and churches.
My question is, you obviously know how to spell "churches" correctly, so why did you mangle the spelling so badly in your question? Chirchis? I've honestly never seen it spelled that way.

chuches get x amount from the government, mostly breaks on things like taxes etc, but it cost a lot to run a church let alone run and pay employees and you have to clean the church as well and it adds up costing over 100,000 a year for a small church to run and donations only do so much
