Hi there,

There are some books called "Passages" by Prof.
Jack C. Richards that they have a writing exercise
at the end of each unit, or you may get some help from the best book for TOEFL, which is : "Longman Preparation Course For The TOEFL Test".

have ur students write in a journal everyday, explaining their days so far. They can keep it in the classroom so that u can read it. From there, you can proofread them and tell them about any revisions that must be made. By the end of the year, ur students will make an essay about their experiences using their journal.
