As you said, Popoff is a proven fraud. He used to point out people in the audience and tell them by "divine revelation" what their illnesses or problems were, and he was always right. Until he told a woman she had cervical cancer, but the woman he told that to was a man dressed as a woman, who had written on his prayer card that he had cervical cancer.
Another person was outside using a radio scanner to monitor frequencies commonly used in private radio such as walkie-talkies, and guess what? The prayer cards had been collected very carefully, and kept in order, so that they could be associated with the person who wrote them. Popoff's wife was in an ante-room reading the most interesting prayer cards into a microphone which transmitted what they said into Popoff's earpiece. "The woman in the third row, fourth seat, red dress, has cervical cancer." So much for divine revelation and Popoff's miracles...
Peter Popoff is no less a fraud and a con man than Jim and Tammy Faye Bakker were, and hundreds of other "faith healers" who have found that there is a lot of money in telling gullible people that they are healed, or whatever else they want to hear. And many others who have discovered that people will give lots of money and do what you tell them if you can whip them into an emotional frenzy.
These people are no less criminals than the crook who pulls off a pyramid scam. But these people are worse, because in many cases they prevent people from getting important medical attention and tragically, from getting it for their children. No one can know how many people have died or become permanently disabled because of their lies.
And yet, people continued to give money to Jim Bakker, Jimmy Swaggart, and other such con men even after their scams are revealed. No wonder they preach forgiveness.

RE:
Where does Peter Popoff's Miracle Spring Water come from?
Does anyone know where that guy Peter Popoff's Miracle Spring Water come from or what the ingredients or contents of the water is? This guy has been proven as a fraud and he's back with some clever scam. He had an earpiece in his ear and his wife was telling him what to say.

I'm sure only a hand full of people know where the water comes from.
I've seen his (Peter Popoff's) program . I've heard that people will drink the water to get healed. Not knowing where the water comes from,I personally wouldn't drink the water.

This is the first time I have ever seen this show. Every "miracle" is money. Money. Money. Money. I know the Bible to well to think that Gods Healing is money. I am sure that yes, not through this man, but many have gotten financial help from God, but all these actors claiming he said exactly to the penny how much and when they would get it, and wow don't you know they got exactly what he said on the day he said from sources they didn't know existed. Right. This makes me sick to my stomach. The water I am sure comes from a sink in one of his mansions. As he clearly cares more about the wealth he can get in life than the wealth of Heaven. I would rather sleep in a ditch and starve my entire life than to go to hell. May God have mercy on them all.

I am not sure where the water comes, but if people believe that water help them then let their faith in God heal them. There are truly people who can lay hands on the sick and they do recover (Mark :16:17) Please take time and study your bible. Jesus bore the stripes on his back for our healing, he restored everything back the way it was in the beginning. You can't have something if you don't know what is yours. I am not saying it is right what he is doing God will deal with him.
