Catholics, Baptists, Penticostel, Apostolic, Mormonism, etc., and the list goes on and on...all these false religious leaders trying make money off the foolish masses who think because a so-called religion or minister advertises his ministry on television that "it's all good".

These ones who advertise their ministry on TV are in it for the money. It may have started off like most politicians do, thinking they'll benefit their cause and citizens because they have a new concept or new approach, but shortly after coming to office they become very corrupt and find that making money is far more relevant than the welfare of the people. This is same type behavior of these televangelists.

When they get on TV just like Jim Baker, of the one recently caught with a prostitute, and the one just before that - that had been carrying on a homosexual relationship with multiple men, and the list goes on and on. There is even one rather young TV angelist presently operating who says "material worth is to be strived for" when the Bible clearly states not to get caught up in material worth. The masses that he attracts are too stupid to open their eyes for they too are blinded by greed to even open a Bible to see what God's word has to say about "material belongings" and how his word warns us against getting caught up in material worth. You can clearly see that this TVangelist's only motivation is "greed and wealth" and that he is using his audience of so-called perisheners to feed his pocket book. Thing is they are so blinded by their own foolishness that the perisheners fail to see the train wreck right in front of them.

False religion and politics are misleading the entire inhabited nations and God will not be mocked. Keep abstaining from the unclean thing.

True Christians do not use television as a medium to "spread the good news". They do it the way Jesus instructed us to; to go house to house in twos to share the good news about his kingdom. These crackpots on TV are going to pay with their lives soon.

My answer covers most all Evangelists. I, being a Transgender Woman had at one time all the Rights and protections of the US Constitution and Legislative Law. I even served in the US Navy to protect these Rights of all its citizens. Now as I have escaped that shell I created trying to live as a "male" I was not, demanded by my parents and society and became my true real self, I have had them taking away. I am deemed, an outcast, I face Hate, Discrimination and Bigotry. Most of this reaction is a result of so call, moral, upright Evangelists, who use the Bible to suit there needs, what ever they are. Right now anything dealing with Gay, Lesbian and Transgender is a real money maker for them. They create a world of chaos and immorality all caused by " Homosexuality" and stir up emotions. They ALWAYS seek money to stop this "evil threat" that is tearing down their so called moral fiber of the Family and Country. And money pours in, increasing their bank accounts. Have you ever seen a poor or even middle income Evangelist?
So are they dishonest, my answer is no, they are real in that their goal is money. They create an atmosphere of anything not by their view of the Bible, moral, a prey on the emotions of people, to deepen their pockets.
Now there are some who do not, they see a world accepting of all people regardless of sexual preference, gender identity and alternative lifestyles. After all we are all children of God. The sad point is that they do not have the large monetary bank rolls of the others.
Christians are good people, I firmly believe this as I have met many. They are the real Evangilist in that they live by actions, in living Gods Word, Love thy neighbor. These are the people that are bringing my Rights to exist and live Inclusively and Equal back into reality.

Televangelists have been proven, unfortunately, to be a serious detriment to the Gospel. Too many of them have been shown to either be fakes or hypocrites. I can't say ALL of them , because I'm sure I'm not aware of all of them, but many of them are dishonest.

Billy Graham is the one exception I can give. He was always honest in his ministry.

They are dishonest and mercenary. The moneychangers inside the temple. No matter what they may say about Jesus and faith, in the end it comes down to the same thing. Give us cash.

I'm of a mind that if they aren't frauds at the start, they become so once the dough starts rolling in from elderly widows in nursing homes, the televangelists' favorite target.

NO, the Dr Billy Grahm is the most honest respectable and those who work with him, I think, are the most trustworthy.
