I'm watchin CSPAN-2 right now and the senators are debating the issue right now (10 a.m.Eastern US).
They are talking to Mr. President to argue for/against his approval. Turn it on and you'll see pure truth and not spin.

The vote is at 10:50 and if they get 60 yes votes it only extends debates it does not put the bill through .The switchboard at the capitol is shut down by millions of phone calls.Opposition to the bill is just about wrapping up it debate.

I have it on but haven't let myself start watching yet. I think I saw a post from someone yesterday say that you can pick up CSPAN 2 online.
