They're pretty good seats because they're on the backstretch. All seats at Daytona aren't that good because you can't see the whole track. Besides, if you're too close too the track, you can't see anything with the cars goin about 200 mph. It will just be a blur.
The bad thing is that you can't even see pit road or the start/finish line. The good thing is that you can see all four turns. That's where most of the wrecks occur at Daytona, so you'e in luck if you like to see wrecks. They also have a Jumbotron for your convenience if you can't see what you want to see.

I was in the Lund section for the Daytona 500 this year. If you have binoculars, bring them. You will need them to see what is happening on the front stretch. As previously stated, you won't be able to see the pits, but then the action is on the track anyways. Plus, the big one happens on the backstretch most of the time. It will be a good time. Also, approach the track from the south and park in the lot to the south. It will be much easier and quicker to get in and out of the track.

I'm going too! My step dad has been there many times, so he knows what seats are good. This is my first race ever. He said the higher up you are, the better. You can see the whole track, so you wont miss anything. I would guess that row 53 is pretty good!
I hope you have lots of fun!!

I believe I sat in the Lund section a couple years back.... it is past the start finish line....the bad part about them is the inside grandstands along pit row block alot of the track.... But I think they have a Jumbotron so you can watch.....I like to sit in the DePalma section.... my seats are there for Saturday's race......enjoy the race !!!

Well you will be on the backstretch so you wont be able to see the start/finish line well, and the pit road not at all. But in looking at the 3D model you're nice and high so you'll be able to see corners, especially 1-2, and the entire backstretch really well. They should be pretty good. Someone whos sat in the backstretch might be able to tell ya more.

there pretty good. but you will be limited on your seeing. you will see all of trun 1 and 2 down the back stretch and trun 3 and 4 but nothing on the front stretch which is ok since they have a jumbo screen right in front of you. i sat in allision a couple of years ago. im going to be in lockhart this year.i like seagave area. but you should ahve fun its always fun there. plus the city never rest after the race unlike the rest. there is always partys after words and sometimes you can meet the drivers at them. i have met a few that way. and im from alabama.
