Part of it is about location -- Vegas, Calie, & Miami have services.
Part of it is about orientation: Is he straight, bi or gay? Straight guys aren't in high demand and the women who want them tend to be old, ugly or into fetishes that are too strange to talk about with their partners. Gay guys tend to get a lot more business.
