Kids teeth until all their teeth are in. Depends on the child. I teethed until I was three, I didnt get my first tooth until I was over a year old.

Other kids are born with teeth and have their molars in by 18 months.

Have his doctor check him.

Kids teeth for different periods depends on the child! But the grinding the teeth thing my daughter used to do that in her sleep it can cause damage to the new teeth a dentist can help that by making a mouth piece that is designed for that to keep the child from grinding but I'm not sure of the age that they can do it for!

I think you should consult a doctor, teething occurs when children's teeth are coming in, at two years old he/she should not be teething anymore. Grinding is a big problem both for children and adults. Definately see a doctor about this, could be some underlying problem.....stress, etc.

My daughter has never grinded her teeth, but she was teething at 2 at one point cuz she was late getting her teeth in. She would have her hand shoved in her mouth when she was getting her 2 yr. molars in. She's done now, but she still bites on things regardless.

the teething thing is normal, but he shouldn't grind his teeth. That can lead to permanent damage. See your doctor and a dentist.
