It's probably better to say that black pudding isn't bad for you, in moderation.

I find it a really good cure for a raging hangover, just some black pudding, beans and a fried egg, washed down with a cup of tea. Gives you strength and fixes you right up very quickly. It's all the iron and stuff, combined with quite a bit of fat, which boosts your energy levels quickly as well! Sets you up for the day.

It's also yummy simply served with a dollop of apple sauce - try it.

Traditional British black pudding does contain a large amount of fat - try the Spanish morcilla with rice for a healthier alternative!

A little of what you fancy does no harm. Black pudding is full of iron but because of the fat content only eat it in moderation.

Probably not the best choice if your going for health food. But, no worse then occasionally having some bologna or other lunch-meat.

Good for you in reasonable quantities. Bad for you if eaten too often as it contains animal fat. But it is high in protein.

What is black pudding? Is it made from the blood of animals? Please explain.

Depends whether you think blood, fat and other animal bits are any good for you.
I love serving it on the Deli. "Would you like four or six inches sir?" - with my knife poised!

Yuk! It's got lumps of fat in it ,so it's not too good for you. I suppose in moderation it won't do too much harm though.
