Have you ever had or would you consider having surgery to make you appear more feminine when dressed, if yes then what have you had done or what would you like to get done

Toni f ,How dare you this a perfectly reasonable question, i can assure i know everything there is to know about cross dressers having been one for the last 35 years i doubt there are many who can teach me anything on the subject.I know of several people who have had surgery on their faces in particular to give them softer features which of course helps them to pass easily. I was just curios as to what procedures others would like to have done, how is that a stupid question.

Yes, I had plastic surgery on my face after an accident years ago, I had the surgeon make my nose smaller, and reshape my chin and eyeslids a bit. also, I had some moles removed and hair removal through electrolysis, if that counts. hormone and androgen blockers on the medical side.

No surgery per se, but I've been doing laser hair removal for months and take androgen blockers to maintain a more androgynous appearance all around. I'd get a trachial shave if I could afford it, to do away with the inescapable adam's apple (though always wearing a choker works ok in the meantime).

I know a cross dresser who is male identified and has no desire to be a woman who had one procedure done to look more feminine, that was electrolysis, on their face, arms, chest and back. They feel it is one of the best things they've ever done.

Of course it is a procedure that benefited them in both their daily life and their cross dressing life.

For myself GRS is and has always been a necessity, it has to take place, and is. As far as other cosmetic surgeries, no. My mind, heart and soul have always been female, its just the daily reminder of whats "down their" that brings with it so much pain. I am happy with myself in all other aspects. But these are my feelings only.

You could be mixing up transvestites with transsexuals. It is a bit of a generality but they have different motivations. Transsexuals want to be women and therefore will consider surgery but transvestites, as the name suggests, want to wear women's clothes or appear to the a woman but not actually be one so they don't want any permanent change

You are confusing Cross Dressers with Transsexuals. I'm TS and want to go the whole way. Others might not want it all done, I feel it's necessary for me to have the full GRS.

Oh my fantasy is breast enhancement. But that is just a fantasy. As for what I would actually do, the most extreme would be acrylic nails. So in the the end I guess I wouldn't do anything permanent.
