I have to agree with the Singapore Airline voters, you don't consistently rank amongst the top 3 airlines every year without great flight attendants. For those who have never flown Singapore Airlines, you have no idea what you are missing, and they are quite stunning as well. They even make your bed and have turn down service in business class. Cathay Pacific is a close second.

If a sense of humor counts, the flight attendants of Southwest Airlines in the U.S. are hard to beat. Their cabin announcements are often hilarious:

"There may be 50 ways to leave your lover but there are only 2 ways out of this airplane so listen up!"

"Weather at our destination is 50 degrees with some broken clouds, but we'll try to have them fixed before we arrive. Thank you, and remember, nobody loves you, or your money, more than Southwest Airlines."

Nevertheless, they are very competent.

Any of the far eastern carriers- Singapore airlines had been voted for many years on the run THE best to fly with.
British Airways are meant to be the worst the cabin staff are supposed to be quite rude.

In my opinion its Singapore airlines hands down. Truly beautiful female cabin staff who are attentive and helpful. Singapore AL is just a class act all the way.

Delta. I've never had a bad experience with them. One of my assistant scoutmasters is a flight attendant for Delta. I'm flying on DAL alone this summer, and he tried to get on my flight, but he couldn't, so instead, he's leaving a note or something with the crew on my flights, which was really nice of him.
After Delta, I guess I'd have to say JetBlue. I haven't had a bad experience with them, but I know others had (e.g. snowstorms XD).
(By the way, Delta includes Song (rip).)

I have flown mostly in the US and Caribbean, but have been to Europe a couple of times and Air France was much superior to anything here in the US. Air Lingus was a notch below, but still better than the American Carriers.

They're pretty much all indifferent to passengers. If I acted like that at my job i'd be fired on the spot.
