chester in england is beautifil. it is famous with all the romans and has lots of historical features.

very posh place and has pleanty of shops to browse, lovely hotel(grovenor) which is right in the centre of the town.

Lots of nice places to go for a meal and really is lovely and romantic for all those couples.

There isd also a river (dee) which goes through towns in cheshire, can hire barge boat for day/weekend for a trip on the canal, can even have a evening meal on one which is great atmosphere.

Chester is also popular with their own race course, holiday inn right next door to it. Can go along the ciry walls which surround the town.

Lots of places to go for walks and picnics. Tourist attractions such as Chester zoo, good for the kids.

Properties are fairly cheap, depending on what you are after, lots of knewly-built appartments.

Traffic isnt that bad there and can even leave your car at the hotel and get public trasport- which is really good. Lovely indoor market.

Please try this city, really nice for the couples and has so much to do with the kids.

Been all over Alaska, B.C. the US and Mexico, have traveled over a lot of Asia and China but moved to Saigon Vietnam. It has the warm south China sea within 3hrs bus ride. In Hanoi you can go to Sapa and see the Montayards, they walk up and down these hills like goats, this is like the Swiss Alps. Found the Philippines a bit on the dangerous side albeit beautiful.

I love London. It's such a melting pot. I love the well-known neighborhoods like Knightsbridge, Leicester Square, Piccadilly Circus, and Covent Garden, but Camden Town is my favorite. It has the Camden Market, which is a sprawling, outdoor, pavillion-style market that sells everything you can think of, but the people-watching opportunities are the best part.

Siem Reap Cambodia for access to Angkor Wat. Truly stunning and relatively inexpensive with many things to do. Hong Kong for night life and good food. Shanghai for Business. Los Angeles for access to every thing that is Evil and a lot of things that are just plain cool. Tahiti for the Beach. The north shore of Oaho for the beach and wild girls.
Salt Lake city Utah for great skiing. Bangkok for everything else!
PS: I agree with Lonely Traveler. I live in Vietnam. Its hard to beat.
