my two friends are dragging me to yoga classes. Well, i went to a couple of few years ago.. to be honest, it drove me up to the wall! i fell asleep in one. Music drives me NUTS. positions are bizarre least to say. I tried watching it on FitTV.. there is this Namaste Yoga.. the lady who is speaking in the background sounds irrotated me to death. "assume swan position blah bah blah" yikes! am i wierd or does someone else has the same issue with yoga?

i can't do the yoga positions at all so i get frustrated with it. i would rather go walking/jogging... or work out at a gym on a "fun" machine... so yeah you're probably still weird - we all are, but different things work for different people. i am not in to yoga either...

Learning is always difficult.

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.

I love yoga, but I think it's very weird. The few times I've done it, I couldn't keep myself from laughing because I felt so stupid. I still enjoy it though :)

No, you're not weird. I guess Yoga is more to like, the old people.. because younger people prefers Aerobic better. True, sometimes I find Yoga not soothing or relaxing at all. Haha! (:

Most likley YOU and YOGA are both weird. Ha ha ha. If you don't like Yoga, try PILATES, it has the same benifits but is a little less...Um...."Zen" if you will.
