I pressed the said key while a video was on run. Then I opened Paint and pressed Ctrl.V. The scene appeared but not exactly what I wanted but next. After saving this, I have closed all and opened the file from My Image folder. I found only a black screen of the player not the exact image I saved. I have tried two or three times. Same thing ocurred. What is the exact procedure to have a snap shot of a video movie in my computer?

you can try this one...I also had problems with that one. You can play the video, then when you want to take a snap shot, click pause on media player. then press the print screen function, paste it on the program paint ^_^

that should do the trick ^_^
