its a 4 channel amp with a max of 500 watts i dont no about the speakers and the sub has a max output of 1300 watts?

Can you bridge two channels of the amp? If so yes you can, however with the amp being a max of 500 watts your music experience is going to be very disheartening. If your sub is 1300 watts general rule of thumb is that it requires 1/2 the max output in continuous power (RMS) in this instance the best that you could possibly expect from your amp is around 150 watts rms bridged for your sub, so at the best your sub is really going to under perform. You would be best see if you can aquire another amp for your sub and keep your other amp for your speakers. But yes the amp will run what you want wired correctly, but not very well.

Yes, you can do this. Ideally, the subwoofer should be a 4-ohm, single voice coil type.

There is no "rule of thumb" for converting peak power ratings to continuous power ratings. Some manufacturers double the RMS rating to get peak, some triple it, some multiply by ten. What kind of subwoofer is it?
