my hen gives eggs that are without shells...wht should i include in her diet that she gives proper eggs...i give her everything to eat from grains to boiled rice and fresh corriander, cucumber...wht should i do? she is abt 2 years...

It sounds very much like a calcium defincy
be very careful to of my male parrotlets nearly died a couple of weeks a go off this even though i was providing cuttlefish bone which i later found out only provides them 2% of calium if its absored in to the body at all.

I would try and buy a liquid calcuim that you add to there water also a good thing to provide is oyster shell grit good luck

If the eggs are completely without shells (I'm assuming there is still a membrane) then it may be more than a calcium deficiency problem going on here. It sound like you just have a bad layer.
Just in case, get her some calcium supplements, or you can even add ground eggshells (which is a good source of calcium - and would be rather ironic) to her diet.

Your hen needs ground up oyster shells for the calcium. They sell it the feed store with chicken feed. Also if she has just started to lay eggs the eggs are sometimes soft or unusally shaped.

She may be just a bad egg layer. But hens need calcium in their diet. Try adding more calcium in their food. Good luck!

Buy crushed oyster shells from the grain store and mix them into her layer pellets. Layer pellets have all the nutrients a chicken needs.

Your hen desperately needs calcium in the form of oyster-shell, or a similar source of commercially-available calcium. She cannot form eggshells without it.

She need shell grit.. always have it in her pen or yard.. Calcuim
