Tell her that you love her and that you are not expecting anything .. just to pour out your feelings. It isnot being selfish letting the other person know that you love her even though she is engage... she have to be proud that someone is loving her aside from her boyfriend... but dont do anything afterwards.. this is just purely lettting her know about your feelings ;-)

Put yourself in their position. What would you want that person to do? Move on. Don't be the person that steps into anothers relationship.

Leave them alone.

If you love them as you say you do, then you will also respect them enough to leave them alone to be with their fiancee/fiance.

When one loves another, they will be concerned for their happiness... Thus "If you love him/her, let them go". S/he will be so happy to spend time with who they love (their fiancee/fiance), so let them go to be happy.

Get out and explore your own options, let go and move on.
