Mine is "Old English" from my local butcher, it is their own recipe. Blow you, I will have to go out now and get some :-)

I absolutely love sausages, in lots of different flavours, but pork and leek flavour has got to be my favourite! Once had sausages with jalapeno peppers in them which were gorgeous too. Yum, I fancy a sausage sandwich now!

Most of the time I pick up garlic sausages. But there's a really good sun-dried tomato one made by Aidells. That's great too.

Bratwurst is my favorite casing sausage and the frozen (uncooked) patties you can buy from the Schwann's truck are the best tasting "country style" sausage patties I have ever had!
