in physical appearance ,how do i differentiate a chinese man from a japanese an indian from a pakistani ?

The chinese are taller and have slight darker skin, compared to the japanese. But indians and pakistanis don't have any racial difference. Their differences are only in their beliefs. Pakistanis are muslims and indians are hindus.

Chinese/Japanese:
As Lily pointed out, generally speaking, you can't tell if one is a Chinese or a Japanese, from his physical appearance. You may judge that a few times, but not in most cases.

Indian/Pakistanese people:
I suppose an European country divided the former India into the present two countries and most of people are of the same race. So, it would be hard to distinguish them.

The Japanese are genetically more closely related to the Mongolian and Mongoloid living in the central Asia than to the Chinese. The same can be said about Japanese and Chinese language. The resemblance between Japanese and Chinese language is only superficial. Japanese and Mongol belong to the same language group, to which Chinese does not.

well im a sociologist. i dont think race really mean to serve any purpose since people look just like another. the only way you can tell is by communicating with them.

Japans are white chinese are yellow race.i think i can guess their difference.i have the ability to guess who is bulgarian who is albanian or bosnian.when they got tanned watch them carefully.some get browner like copper some go to black
