I was wondering ... if Eating, Sleeping, Mating and Defending the only thing we do in life. Don't we have any higher purpose in life? .. I found the answer in one of the books and its amazing ! that Every human being has a higher purpose in life. What do you guys think ?

everybody living here on earth has a purpose in life...and yes in a higher level. other people just don't know it or for some they don't understand their purpose. it's the matter of knowing, accepting and understanding your purpose here on earth..

Me and my Christian bretheren would tell you that the purpose in life is to make the return to trusting God, which we are supposed to do. We were separated from him long ago, and we need to find our way back to Him. Once we make peace with Him, we continue in our lives trusting Him; that's called living in the faith ( trust) of Him.

If you research any person who was or is said to be enlightened, you will find a lot of truth to that.
Christ purposes was through salvation. Krshna's through transcendence, the Buddha was through compassion.
all enlightened being teach not to seek to imitate or emulate themselves , but rather the way to find enlightenment through your own purpose of self expression.

To procreate - if you can find some other reasons - good but the only thing any species 'needs' to do is replicate itself.
