grilled and served in a flat bread with salad and lemony mint and yoghurt dressing,

or minced lamb with fresh rosemary, oregano and black pepper, made into meatballs served with a tomato sauce and spaghetti

Or shall I make a moussaka layered with the lamb mince, auberrine (eggplant) onions and thinly sliced potatoes covered in a white sauce then grated cheese and baked.

I've got 2lbs of best minced lamb...which recipe shall I do fro the above three only!!

The first one definately - sounds absolutely yummy! Think I might try to make that myself - got some minced lamb in the fridge!

Yuuummmmmmmmm! Im on my way over, 2lbs will do us fine! The Thai sounding one, first one, sounds sooo good. I gotta try that. Meatballs are too everyday. Moussaka is always great, but the salad is perfect for your summer. Again, yuuummm!

Spooky....made almost the identical dish to No.1 about 3 days ago...easy dish to make and very tasty...not quite the same as I use a mild curry powder and garlic and also add peas...but similar and very tasty....in fact may make it again tonight.

The first one, and I'd add some fresh chopped chili. press the mince onto kebab skewers.

I like the sound of the first one. You could also look for a lamb tagine (Moroccan) style dish.

the first one, very greek flavours, sounds very similar to the ingrediants for a sheftalia, minus the pig intestines used to hold it all together like sausage skin.
