if ur talking about physical features ,then i like clear, flawless & very fair skin,simple haircut ,black & short hair,dark black eyes, simple dresses, cute & innocent face, tall ,cute smile on face. (ex. Shahid Kapoor)
i don't like that MAVALI guys with long & colored hair ,earing,

Although I am a boy but from my experience I can answer this question. I have asked this question to lots of girls and they have replied honestly. Here I would like to share their views.
First of all, every girl seeks a honest guy. Girls hate hypocrisy and dishonesty. Next point is the look, every girl likes a smart and handsome guy. Looks does not matter always if the guy is honest enough and adorable.
From the scientific point of view, I can say that a girl likes a guy who can make her hidden dream, i.e., to be a mother true. Now-a-days, they girls who are involved in enjoying their life and doing nothing positive looks at the pocket of a guy, that is, how can he spend for her. This is not applicable for a true friendship but when both the people are in the mood of enjoy, the weight of the pocket is to be consider.
Instead of all, a good heart guy is always adorable to the girls.

It has to be complete package. Its not like that if a guy has good looks but nothing in head and girls will dying to get him. Normally, a girl desires a boy with handsome face, nice physique and good sense of humour. Now don't assume that if you have all this you hit bull's eye, your education and career is also important for a girl.

It depends on what kind of they themselves are. If the are simple they would like guys who are simple & cool.
Generally, girls would look for personality, look, intelligence, behaviour in any guy. They would like to know how much self respect do u have for yourself & at the same time search for the respect u have for her. They also look for how many gf do u have,etc. In short they just X-Ray u & find out the merits & demerits in u & judge u . If u possess these qualities u can alwez impress girls....
