it seems like every1 in R&S is so convinced of their own beliefs that they hate any1 who does not share the same opinions/beliefs

no Christian is suddenly going to become atheist just because something posted on Y!A and vice versa atheist become Christian

Hate will always fail, don't be disheartened by it, Jesus said we would be hated by the world as He was. And, don't perpetuate it either. Love our enemies. Blessed is he who is persecuted because of me (Jesus). Peace.

It sure looks like people like to argue, though.

Some people here do like to hear others beliefs, and share their own. Doesn't mean they're going to change their beliefs.

Some just seem to come here to put others down.

Yet here we all are, must be some reason we're drawn to the discussion.

Very true. Yet there are some that try and attack the other side of their beliefs which then turns into a typing war. We are supposed to be here to answer people's questions about [ insert your topic here] so that they can learn or get information.

yahoo answers is suppose to be a place for people to come and ask real questions about stuff and get some real answers! !

I don't hate anyone, no matter what they choose to believe. I'm happy and content with my own, even though others want me to change.

IMHO, anyone can believe anything they want for whatever reason(s)...just like me.

I think everyone who come to R&S have the strong faith to their religion

But for Muslim, it's become very important to reduce the misunderstanding about Islam

but it has to be worth a try - if I confince one person to realise obvious stupidy of thinking they know there is a god and what it wants or expects from us, and realise that perhaps their beleifs at least could be wrong. then these posts have not been wasted.

I might....I am Christian.

If someone else can prove to me that my faith isn't real, I will stop believing. But no one has been able to do so....
