Can anyone tell me what are the requirements for immigration or for a working visa for Japanese Immigration?

My friend and I plan to. Shes a Physical Theraphist and teaches. Me am a bum. heheheh. Help! Clarify/enlighten me about this one.

You must be beautiful because Japanese are aesthetic people. You must have complete requirements such as employment contract, passport and birth certificate.

Japan has very strict immigration unlike here where everyone can just come through. If you dont have a job already waiting for you there it will be almost impossible to get there.
