If you truly think you have given him too much then you could call your pediatrition, or your local health care provider (my province has registered nurses that answer questions such as that over the phone).
Personally I do not think forcing more liquids on him atm would work, but try over the next few hours.
You would have had to of fed him glass upon glass upon glass of OJ for it to be doctor serious. He may just get a rash over the next few days.
There is a higher chance of you over hydrating him then of him having a toxic enough vitamin c level to be worried about.
Wikipedia:
Chance of overdose
As discussed previously, vitamin C exhibits remarkably low toxicity. The LD50 (the dose that will kill 50% of a population) in rats is generally accepted to be 11900 milligrams per kilogram when taken orally.[78] The LD50 in humans remains unknown, owing to medical ethics that preclude experiments which would put patients at risk of harm. However , as with all substances tested in this way, the LD50 is taken as a guide to its toxicity in humans and no data to contradict this has been found.

Give him something that is a base instead of an acid. Milk would be good. Or if you have tums in the house, crush up a tums and give it to him in some applesauce or something.
Keep him away from other acidy foods/drinks. No citrus for a while!

Milk and water would work be much better. Chances are....if you just did his...he doesn't want anything to drink because he doesn't feel good. He'll feel better soon.
