Generally they do not. Of course many "christians" are really deists and open to the idea of other paths to the divine.

Great Question!
Jesus said that He was the way, the Truth and the life. If this is true and it is how can their be another way or any acknowledgment of any other leader as the way. This means that Buddha is not the way, Mu hammed is not the way Jim Jones and others are not the way. It is easy to understand now that all others are imposter's. There can be only one way!
John 14:6 (KJV) Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

Truth is, Their is only one God and anyone who serves this God whole heartedly is a great Spiritual leader.
We don't acknowledge them to be great spiritual leaders when it comes to God but if it comes to things like humility then we will consider them great in that aspect.

as christians, we follow christ's teachings
and jesus did not say to believe in other leaders
that is based on the bible, there is one god and one mediator between man and god, no other preachers
if we believe in other teachers then teachings will definitely contradict one another
